Wheel motors on the rotation station can move up and down along the axis and realize self-rotation. The movement or rotation can be stopped at any time for the convenience of the removal or installation. The rotation station is made up of the frame, the cycloidal reducer, the brake motor, the electromagnetic brake, the bearing seat, etc. The rotation equipment can be applied to various types of electric truck wheel motors.

- The rotation can be stopped by the electric braking motor and electromagnetic brake for safety;
- The movement distance along the axis is 1,500mm. The movement can be stopped at any time for safety;
- The rotation station is controlled by an electric control button working panel’
- The covering plates are divided into two types, fixed and movable. The former plate is applied in non-working area, while the latter is controlled by hydraulic cylinders and installed in the working area.
- Movable fences are installed around the station to protect the equipment and personal safety. The safety fences can be removed if it is necessary.
