JC-Hydraulic is a professional manufacturer of hydraulic components, mining service vehicles and specialty equipment. We are committed to designing, developing, producing and maintaining a wide range of hydraulic cylinders and parts for various imported equipment used in open-pit mines. We have nearly three decades of experience in manufacturing hydraulic cylinders and other specialty equipment for mining vehicles.
Our company covers an area of 160,000m2 and the plant and buildings’ floor area is 32,000m2. Among our 530 staff, there are 65 professional technicians, including 11 senior engineers and 29 engineers. In 2009, our company extended the technical engineering department to be the technological center and further introduced a number of professionals, establishing and improving the technological system. In 2014, we achieved the certification of ISO 9001 quality management system. To date, we have built our own production, service and management assurance system. In addition, we have been entitled High-tech Enterprise of Shanxi Province and our technological center has become a provincial technological center. By far, we own 16 utility model patents and one invention patent.
These achievements would not be possible without our team of experienced professionals and a complete range of advanced manufacturing and testing equipment for product designing, manufacturing and maintenance. They include specialized drawing software, CNC processing center, diversified thermal treatment and testing machines and the industry-leading high-power laser cladding equipment. Applying new processes and technologies can effectively prevent huge mechanical parts from being scrapped early and benefit the green economic growth.
Our company now provides four categories of products. And every category has multiple series and models available for customers.
1 First Category
The first category is hydraulic cylinders for open-pit mining and construction machinery. Our company provides appropriate hydraulic cylinders and maintenance services for dump trucks, bulldozers, graders, diggers and other mining vehicles from brands like KOMATSU, CATERPILLAR, TEREX and BELAZ.
2 Second Category
The second category is standard and non-standard hydraulic cylinders. Our company provides a spectrum of cylinders for metallurgical equipment, construction vehicles and other heavy equipment. The biggest hydraulic cylinder that we can produce has a bore diameter of 1,000mm, the working pressure of 31.5MPa and the stroke range of 6,000mm.
3 Third Category
The third category is mining service vehicles. They include cable reel truck, mining lube truck, engine pre-heating truck, mine stemming loader, emergency power supply truck, tire service truck, etc.
4 Fourth Category
The fourth category is various specialty equipment for mining. The list goes mining shovel lifting system, rotation stands, pit jacks and so forth.
JC-Hydraulic has grown into a major manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders in China, supplying the product to an array of heavy vehicle makers, such as SANY Group, CNR Group and Dongfeng Motor Corporation. And we have also opened foreign markets, exporting our products to Australia and other countries. Our overseas customers include Peabody Energy and Rio Tinto Group.
