The manufacturing plant has a floor area of 32,000m2. And the hydraulic cylinder manufacturing consumes 11,500m2. The plant is home to 170 pieces of professional equipment for the cylinder production.
Machining
The machining workshop guarantees the size precision with CNC machine tools, the vertical honing machine, and other special processing devices.
- The 2,000m2 dust-free assembly workshop provides a clean environment for the assembly of cylinder components.
- The 9,500m2 maintenance workshop houses all kinds of advanced equipment for cylinder maintenance and pressure tests.
- The 4,500m2 equipment manufacturing workshop is used for open-pit mining specialty equipment manufacturing.
- The workshop for thermal treatment and electroplating is respectively 2,500m2 and 2,000m2. Our electroplating processes adopt leading waste water and gas treatment technology to help environmental protection.
The measuring and testing workshop is where our products undergo sophisticated tests to secure reliable performance for open-pit mining operation.

Ex-factory test
The test involves preparation, trial operation, minimum generation pressure test, pressure test/internal and external leak tests, low pressure leak test and stroke range test. When all the procedures are done, an ex-factory check record will be filled, including test date, test contents, testers and product number.
