JC-Hydraulic dozer track adjuster is often applied to the imported OEM bulldozer’s track undercarriage. It is suitable to handle track undercarriages of Caterpillar or Komatsu’s large bulldozers. The track tensioner is developed and manufactured independently by ourselves after learning from the advanced foreign track undercarriage technological solutions.
The adjuster is comprised of bogie, yoke, spring, case and cylinder. Adjusting the track tension to the right extend can provide stable driving force for bulldozers, increasing the track’s service life and operation efficiency.
