Undercarriage track repair and rebuilding equipment is a set of track maintenance line independently developed by JC-Hydraulic and applying advanced foreign maintenance solutions. The equipment is designed to repair and rebuild large bulldozers’ undercarriage tracks for Caterpillar, Komatsu and other brands.
The maintenance line is made up of the following parts
A track press is a professional device for track disassembly, maintenance and installation.
- Maximum pressing force of 400 tons;
- The track delivery device is equipped with a 24-meter supporting frame to improve generation efficiency and low-speed delivery stability;
- The high-precision electric wrench with a large torque of 500-13,400N.m can balance mobile positions to help with the track handling.
A track roller re-shelling unit is used to repair, replace and maintain track rollers.
- Maximum pressing force of 100 tons;
- The roller center can be quickly and accurately connected with the pressing head on the adjustable re-shelling table. The pressure data is displayed on the monitor screen and can be adjusted with the pressure release valve of the driving unit;
- The re-shelling table installed on the orbit can be manually rotated by 360 degrees or moved upward or downward.
A grouser welder is designed for welding and restoration of worn track shoes. The welder has advantages ranging from various applications, stable performance to easy operation and high efficiency.
- A combination of four welding heads;
- The welder has a swinging and hoisting system which will automatically hoist welding heads when it comes to wide welded seams and multi-layer welding;
- The automatic preheating system is equipped with an independent hoisting system and can warm up the workpiece in advance;
- The automatic PLC welding control system assures reliable performance. The control cabinet has a 5.7-inch color touchscreen for producing, typing in, storing and adjusting welding parameters. The system is controlled automatically or manually, and the control method is changeable at any time.
A roller and idler rebuilder is comprised of a welding wire feeding system, a welding station, a cooling and temperature control system, a mobility system, a swinging mechanism, a power supply device and a control panel. The rebuilder can be considered as a welding system equipped with a swinging mechanism used to repair rollers and idlers of heavy bulldozers and diggers.
Seal tester and lubricator is used to test seals and oil track chain. The device is made up of swinging seal tester, pressure control valve, globe valve, a barometer and rubber hoses. The equipment will pump the lubrication oil into the qualified workpiece by vacuum pump.
