JC-Hydraulic engine pre-heating truck is a preheater applied to warm up the engine of heavy-duty transport vehicles of open-pit mines in winter. Preheating the engine will make the engine generation easier and protect the engine itself and other moving parts. The preheating truck is made up of a box van, a diesel-powered heating system, a control system, an electricity generation mechanism, hot air ducts and a remote infrared thermometer.

The insulated structure enables the engine preheater to work normally in environments from -50℃ to 40℃;
The imported noise-free diesel-powered electricity generator creates a relatively quiet working environment;
The engine preheater is equipped with two imported hot air blowers. One or both can be generated according to external temperatures;
The preheating mechanism is efficient, as the engine only needs to be warmed up for 10-15 minutes even at -35℃;
The extendable hot air hose can withstand various temperatures and supports easy connection;
The remote infrared thermometer monitors the real-time heating temperature.
